Anuj is a social entrepreneur and a development practitioner with over 20 years of experience in designing and scaling up low-cost, high-impact, large-scale, sustainable solutions for underserved communities across India. He is an engineer by training, holds a PGDRM from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand, and is an Amul-Tata scholar, and a GSBI fellow. He led the scale-up of Piramal Sarvajal prior to his current role. Before May 2009, as part of the national leadership team of Pratham India, an education non-profit, he built and led the Rajasthan chapter of Pratham.

Anuj has been a speaker at several platforms, a CMO Asia awardee, member of several committees and consultations, and guest faculty at academic institutes. He contributes learnings and insights on working with first-mile communities while leveraging technology and decentralized models.

Anuj Sharma

Manu has over 21+ years’ experience with a passion for conceptualising, architecting, designing and delivering technology solutions having large scale social impact. He was a part of the start-up/founding team of eGovernments Foundation and played various roles in e-Gov’s journey including conceptualising and creating product and solutions, identifying markets and geographies, building partnerships; building teams, skills and capabilities and client, product and delivery management. Manu helped develop and deliver solutions that have positively impacted more than 2.66 cr citizens and saved over 15000 man years of citizens &amp; govt. employees. Manu is an alumnus from MNIT, Jaipur &amp; IIM-Bangalore.

Manu Srivastava

Priya comes with over 15 years of experience in product management, business strategy, sales &amp; marketing and go-to-market. She has worked in telecom and banking sectors in India where she led several product launches, held P&amp;L responsibility, handled customer lifecycle management &amp; onboarding roles. She holds an MBA from SIBM, Pune &amp; B.E. from CEG, Anna University.

Priya Sankar

Deepak is a value driven technology executive with over 27 years of experience spanning across research, products and services ranging from a founding member of a successful startup 'Pratham Software' to a fortune 100 global giants including AT&amp;T Research Labs and Motorola. His expertise lies in strategic planning, worldwide IT operations, technical leadership &amp; digital transformation.  He is a technology enthusiast and his passion is building, leading and mentoring the diversified global teams crafting the large scale softwares with customer centric design approach. Prior to his current role, he served as Senior Vice President Technology at GlobalLogic, a hyper growth digital services company.  In this role, he set-up the Technology Practices Group of the company at a global level, spanning across 13 countries and 35 locations. Charter of his office was to democratize the innovation in the company, be a trusted advisor to the clients in their digital transformation journey, build competency in modern technologies including digital architecture, AI &amp; machine learning, cloud, devops, mobility, blockchain and big data &amp; analytics, establish best processes and tools for achieving engineering excellence and organizational knowledge reuse. Deepak is an alumnus of University of Rajasthan &amp; BITS Pilani.  

Deepak Gupta

Manohar did his Masters in Agricultural Economics and holds a degree in Agriculture. He has worked on a variety of projects in the water sector for over two decades ranging from watershed development to irrigation water management to rural drinking water and sanitation. He's been managing the field based projects supported by Arghyam since October 2005. He is Arghyam’s “man on the ground”. His understanding of the NGO sector and practical realities of implementation of projects are critical to Arghyam’s grant making activities.

 

Manohar Rao S

Madhavi Purohit is a Senior Manager at Arghyam, where she leads initiatives on the sustainability of rural drinking water, with a strong focus on the operation and maintenance (O&amp;M) of piped water schemes. She plays a key role in shaping Arghyam’s partnerships with government and nonprofit programs, designing sustainable O&amp;M strategies for large-scale implementation. Madhavi spearheads Arghyam’s efforts to scale innovative solutions for water governance, integrating digital technology and institutional frameworks to strengthen service delivery. Before joining Arghyam, Madhavi was associated with the Water and Sanitation Management Organisation (WASMO), Gujarat, where she led funding for decentralized village water supply projects and the organization’s communication strategy. She holds a Master’s degree in Development Communication and brings a unique blend of field experience, policy engagement, and strategic program design to her work.

Madhavi Purohit

Ravi Kumar has over 17 years of experience in the development sector in the areas of financial management, statutory compliances, treasury management, strengthening of Internal Controls, budgeting for grant proposals, donor reporting, contracting partners/sub awardees, monitoring, &amp; review of partners, training and capacity building, audit and administration, He holds a postgraduate degree in commerce with financial management &amp; taxation as specialisation. Prior to Arghyam, he was associated with TdH NL India Office, Swasti, Hivos India Regional Office, Centre for World Solidarity, VISHWAS, and Chartered Accountancy firm in various capacities such as Finance and Administration Manager, Lead Finance, Grants Administrator &amp; Program Finance Officer.

 

Ravi Kumar Kasetty

Anwar comes with over 10 years of experience working with social enterprises in the Health tech, Dairy tech and Agri tech space. He has a B.tech in Information Technology and PGDRM from Institute of Rural Management Anand. He specialises in Product Management, Market Strategy and Program management. His passion lies in unlocking technology's transformative power in the social sector, firmly convinced of its capability to reshape the landscape through sustainable and scalable solutions

Mohammad Anwar Khan

Sreechand leads technology strategy and manages technology at Arghyam and India Water Portal. He brings in a mix of technology skills, development expertise, &amp; sustainability knowledge from 10 years of professional experience working in social enterprises and startups on microfinance, sustainability, education &amp; rural access. He has an M.A in Development degree from Azim Premji University &amp; a B.Tech in Computer Science &amp; Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada.

Sreechand Tavva

Gurudutt holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunication from Bangalore Institute of Technology. He joins the solutions team at Arghyam with diverse experiences across for-profit and for-impact sectors. Prior to Arghyam, he's worked at Mu Sigma helping evangelise data-driven decision making in client organisations; at Samagra helping transform skilling and employment ecosystems in the Indian state of Haryana and has completed the 2-year Teach For India fellowship where he taught primary classrooms in a Govt. school in Bengaluru.

Gurudutt Ramchandra

Uzra holds a M.Sc. (Environmental Sciences) with nearly 18 years of professional experience. In this journey, she led environmental research, climate change initiatives, WASH, content development and project management. She has been associated with the Environmental Management and Policy Research Institute, Bangalore since 2004, and worked for a Short-term Consultancy for the United Nations World Food Programme to study the Carbon foot printing in Sonbhadra district, Uttar Pradesh, India. In 2011, she joined the Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad, in developing 8 City Sanitation Plans in Karnataka. Since 2013, she has been with Arghyam, in developing safe and sustainable WatSan solutions for Indian towns/cities. Notably, she has recently been leading the Scaling of Natural Resources Management planning and implementation in rural Meghalaya by applying digital and scale principles.

 

Uzra Sultana

Aditi is a Communications and Outreach Specialist in water management, biodiversity conservation, climate change, and sustainability. She is also a trained social worker from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. She has a rich experience of working with people-centric grassroots water and livelihood organizations such as Samaj Pragati Sahayog and the Ashoka Trust for Research in Ecology and the Environment, where she led Public Engagement and Communications for the Biodiversity Collaborative. Aditi loves diving into all sorts of creative projects that are the heart of nature and people—from strategizing for social media to designing online and offline campaigns.

Rakhi Mathai

Priyadarshini comes with 18 years of experience delivering a diverse range of functions in human resource management. Her expertise and past experience comprise Talent Acquisition, Organisational Development, Payroll Management , Employee Engagement and Statutory Compliance. She worked for 7 years at The Leprosy Mission Trust India (TLM) as Senior Manager HR &amp; Administration, followed by 3 years in Samiti for Education Environment Social and Health Action (SEESHA). After graduating in Nutrition and Dietetics from Madras University, Priyadarshini completed her Hospital Management from Madurai Kamraj University and an MBA in HR &amp; Hospital Management.

Priyadarshini 

Pankaj holds a master’s degree in development from Azim Premji University, Bangalore, and has over 8 years of experience in WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) programs with organizations like AKRSP(I) and WaterAid. He has a deep understanding of projects focused on sanitation, water security, and water quality, and has been involved in implementing SBM (Swachh Bharat Mission) Phases I &amp; II and JJM (Jal Jeevan Mission).

His work in Bihar included supporting state and district-level water and sanitation programs like LSBA (Lohiya Swachh Bihar Abhiyan) and MGPNY (Mukhyamantri Gramin Peyjal Nishchay Yojana). Prior to joining Arghyam, he developed sustainable Operation and Maintenance  models for piped water supply systems with AKRSP(I).

Pankaj is passionate about community engagement and has designed participatory tools for this purpose. At WaterAid, he worked on behavioural change programs for water and sanitation, water quality mitigation, and community platforms like Jal Chaupal.

An avid learner and traveller with interests in geopolitics and democratic processes, Pankaj enjoys experiencing diverse cultures, languages, and culinary practices.

Pankaj Kumar

Pranoy Das is a versatile professional with extensive experience in consulting across public finance, inclusive social policy, and research. He has worked with esteemed organizations such as UNICEF Assam, the Finance Department of Assam, and the Centre for Budget and Governance Accountability, etc where he has been involved in policy advocacy, budget analysis, capacity building, and data management. His roles often require coordinating with multiple stakeholders to achieve impactful outcomes.
With a master's degree in Development Studies from IIT Guwahati, Pranoy has honed his skills in technical support systems and promoting effective governance. He also has a creative side, enjoying activities like cooking, doodling, and listening to music. A dynamic individual, Pranoy balances professional expertise with personal interests and is dedicated to making a meaningful contribution in his areas of work.

Arun is a highly organised and self-driven individual. He is passionate about developing a career in the field of Accounting. He holds a graduate degree in Commerce with Accounts and Tax as specialisations. He is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Commerce from Indira Gandhi Open University. With more than 3 years of work experience as an Audit &amp; Article Assistant, Arun has deep knowledge of Audit, Direct &amp; Indirect Taxation.
